About Benjamin

Benjamin Noorduyn began his legal career in Hamilton, Ontario, handling civil litigation including personal injury, insurance defence, corporate litigation, estate litigation, contract disputes, and tax appeals, along with estate planning and administration. In law school he advocated before the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Ontario Court of Justice. He and his wife moved to Vernon, where he joined DuMoulin Boskovich LLP and practises primarily family law. Ben holds a Bachelor of Life Science (summa cum laude) from McMaster University and completed his law degree at Queen's Law School in Kingston, Ontario.
