About Dan
Dan Sosieth was born and raised in Saskatchewan and, after a law degree earned in 1998, articled and was called to the bar in 1999. He moved to Vancouver in 2001 and worked for many years on human rights and employment matters with a not-for-profit law firm, advocating for disadvantaged clients in human rights complaints and administrative law cases, before relocating to the Okanagan in 2019 to practise insurance defence, employment, and administrative law. Dan joined DuMoulin Boskovich in 2025 and now maintains a general litigation practice.
