Romany Benham-Parker is a Partner at DWF Canada in Vancouver. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 and the British Columbia Bar in 2012, having started his career in Ontario. He holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria and a B.A. from Simon Fraser University. His practice focuses on construction, occupiers' liability and retail risk, sports liability, insurance law, professional liability and contractual disputes, and he heads the firm's sports liability practice group. He favours resolving matters efficiently through informal negotiation and mediation, though he has appeared before the BC Supreme and Provincial Courts, the Court of Appeal and Ontario courts.
