Rohan Shah

About Rohan

Rohan Shah is an associate in Osler's Disputes Group. His work covers individual and class action claims involving contract disputes, misrepresentation, fraud, and negligence, with particular experience in product liability matters. He also handles oppression claims, enforcement of foreign judgments, letters rogatory requests, and privacy breach disputes, and is building an international arbitration practice as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Shah has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court, and has advised on matters before courts in Newfoundland and Labrador and British Columbia. He gives his time as duty counsel with Pro Bono Ontario and mentors students at both the high school and law school levels. Shah earned an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School, an LL.B. with First Class honours from the University of Manchester, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
