About David

David Endemann is building a broad litigation practice, with particular focus on plaintiff-side class actions and complex commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, he worked at a well-known Toronto litigation boutique and has appeared at every level of Federal Court as well as on the Commercial List of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He earned his JD from the University of Ottawa in 2022, graduating magna cum laude and receiving multiple awards for written and oral advocacy, and in 2021 was recognized among the Top 30 International Oralists at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot. He also holds a Master of Music from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Music from McGill University, majoring in viola performance with a minor in mathematics. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
