Rocco Sebastiano practises engineering, procurement and construction law, with a focus on major infrastructure projects. He has acted for a wide range of project participants, including owners, government authorities, developers, lenders, contractors, and engineers. His work includes advising on public-private partnerships and on the planning, construction, financing, and maintenance of large public works. Rocco has advised bodies such as the Independent Electricity System Operator, Ontario Power Generation, and Atomic Energy of Canada Limited on procurement and project financing matters. He is also a qualified professional engineer.
