About Fabiola
Fabiola Bassong is an Associate in WeirFoulds' Construction Practice Group. Before joining the firm she practised at a boutique Toronto litigation firm, handling a combined construction and medical malpractice defence practice and representing clients before all levels of Ontario courts. She has experience across the full span of civil proceedings, from pleadings through trial and enforcement, and has represented clients in arbitrations, public inquiries, and before regulatory bodies. Earlier in her career she articled at a boutique firm focused on business law, real estate, and estates, handling Small Claims Court matters and post-judgment enforcements. Fabiola holds a Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of Hertfordshire and a Human Resources Graduate Certificate from Centennial College, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. She is fully bilingual in French and English.
