About Patricia
Patricia Sim is the Managing Lawyer at Grillo Law. Before joining the firm, she focused entirely on insurance defence work, acting for several large insurers in disputes over motor vehicle accidents, property and casualty claims, occupiers' liability, coverage, and defamation. She articled at a large full-service firm and later refined her advocacy skills at well-known insurance defence boutiques. Patricia now applies that experience to help plaintiff clients advance their claims. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and a law degree from Queen's University, and was called to the Bar in 2002.
