Robyn Graham is an associate in Osler's Disputes Group. Her national litigation practice focuses on Indigenous, environmental, and regulatory matters, as well as complex corporate-commercial disputes in the energy and natural resources sectors. Graham has extensive experience representing clients in class actions, construction litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, appeals, and judicial reviews, and has appeared before courts across Canada, including the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the British Columbia Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, the Manitoba Court of King's Bench, and the Federal Court of Canada. Before joining Osler, Graham served as in-house legal counsel to the Nisga'a Lisims Government, advising on governance, regulatory, and litigation matters, and developed civil litigation experience at leading Alberta litigation firms. She holds a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Alberta and graduate and undergraduate degrees in History from the University of Guelph.
