About Madan
Madan Gakhar is the founding and managing partner of GSD Law Group, practicing primarily in family law, personal injury, and criminal defence with extensive experience before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice. In family matters he handles parenting, child support, spousal support, and property division, and in criminal defence he represents clients charged with assaults, impaired and dangerous driving, and theft, including youth court matters. He articled with Mount Royal Law Office in 2012 before forming Ford Gakhar Law Office in 2013 and later founding GSD Law Group in 2014. He graduated from law school in 2007 and practiced in India until 2009 before moving to Canada.
