About Gale

Gale Kim practices employment law, civil and commercial litigation, and insurance defence, appearing at all levels of court in British Columbia. Before joining Mackoff Mohamed, she practiced employment and labour relations law at a national firm and was a judicial law clerk at the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. She advises clients on employment agreements, workplace policies, hiring and termination, accommodation, and workplace investigations, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Squamish Chamber of Commerce. She holds a BFA in film and video production from New York University, an MFA in experimental animation from the California Institute of the Arts, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta.
