About Robin

Robin McFee is a founding partner of Sugden, McFee & Roos and is rated among the leading British Columbia practitioners in corporate and commercial litigation and labour and employment law. His practice includes shareholder disputes, professional liability claims against engineers, architects, lawyers and accountants, securities litigation, major personal injury and wrongful death claims, real estate litigation and insurance coverage litigation. He has appeared on numerous trials and appeals, including at the Supreme Court of Canada, and leads the UBC Law School's Advocacy Course session on the Art of Cross-Examination. He was appointed Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) in 2003 and has served on the Federal Judicial Advisory Committee and the Provincial Court Judge's Compensation Commission.
