About Robert

Robert Sampson is a founding partner of Sampson McPhee and has practiced for more than three decades. His broad-based practice spans corporate and commercial law, estate planning, and real estate, with clients ranging from fishermen and farmers to small business owners and CEOs. He was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1982 after earning a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University. Robert is active in the Cape Breton community, chairing the Board of Governors at Cape Breton University and formerly chairing the Celtic Colours International Festival, and has held roles with the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia.
