About Robert

Robert P. Kinghan is Co-Chair and Partner at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, practising general corporate law with an emphasis on securities law, corporate finance, banking, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented public and private issuers and their shareholders on offerings of debt and equity, mergers and numerous acquisitions, and advises clients on federal and provincial securities laws and stock market rules. Kinghan was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2000 after earning his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998 and a B.A. from the University of Ottawa in 1995. He has volunteered as counsel to the Entrepreneurship Centre of Ottawa-Carleton and served on the Bruyère Research Institute board.
