About Sylvie
Sylvie Patenaude joined Sicotte Guilbault as a partner in January 2009 and practices business law in both English and French. She leads the firm's franchise and distribution law section as well as its commercial financing section, and has worked on transactions ranging from small matters to deals worth more than $100 million. She was called to the bar in 1993 and continues to tutor Bar Admission Course students in real estate and commercial law. She volunteers with the Sicotte Guilbault Community Legal Aid Clinic and serves as a director on the board of Montfort Renaissance Inc.
