About Robert

Robert Harris practises in wills and estates, real estate conveyancing and development, mortgages, and corporate and commercial law. His work includes preparing wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements, and advising executors and administrators through probate and estate administration. He also handles the purchase and sale of real estate, including co-ownership agreements, property subdivision and stratification, and corporate matters such as annual filings, reorganizations, and shareholder and partnership agreements. He received a BA in Political Science from the University of Victoria before completing his LL.B. in 1984, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1986 after articling in Victoria. He joined the firm, then known as McEachern & Associates, in 1986.
