Thomas Harding has been a lawyer since 1990 and founded Trial Lawyers Advocacy Group in 2009, which became Clear Legal in 2021. He has appeared in every level of court in British Columbia, practiced in Alberta, and written successful arguments for the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice covers family law and personal injury law, including medical negligence and wrongful death matters. He has written articles for lawyers, doctors, and the public, lectured widely, and appeared on television and radio to discuss legal issues, and he supports the Food Bank and a local complex care home.
