About Rinaldo
Rinaldo (Ron) DiVincenzo is a partner and lifelong Hamiltonian who did his undergraduate studies at McMaster University before graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1988. He was called to the bar in 1990 and has practiced in downtown Hamilton ever since, appearing before Ontario courts across the southern and northern regions, including the Court of Appeal, as well as at FSCO arbitrations and appeals and at the LAT. Ron is heavily involved in alternative dispute resolution, participating in private and mandatory mediations under the Insurance Act, and he speaks as a guest lecturer at continuing legal education conferences. He's also available to act as a mediator in civil litigation, particularly personal injury cases.
