DiVincenzo Volaric LLP is a small litigation firm with six lawyers working out of downtown Hamilton, Ontario. The firm calls itself a "new old firm," with roots in the Hamilton area that go back to the 1950s, and it's built almost its entire practice around insurance law. That work spans coverage disputes, fire loss litigation, Special Investigation Unit defence, insurance fraud cases, professional negligence, product liability, and accident benefits disputes. The firm's lawyers have appeared before Ontario courts and tribunals at every level, including the Court of Appeal, and its office sits at 25 Main Street West.

Partners Rinaldo DiVincenzo and Pete Volaric anchor the practice. DiVincenzo, a born-and-raised Hamiltonian, has practiced in the city since being called to the bar in 1990 and now also works as a civil litigation mediator. Volaric, called to the bar two years earlier in 1988, acts as an umpire for appraisals under the Ontario Insurance Act and sits on the board of the International Association of Arson Investigators. The rest of the team trained across Canada and abroad, from Brock and McMaster to the University of Adelaide in Australia, before settling into Hamilton's civil litigation bar.
