About Emily
Emily grew up in the Niagara Region and studied at the University of Guelph-Humber before earning an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph, along with a diploma from Humber College. She went on to complete her law degree at the University of Windsor in 2019 and joined the bar in June 2020. As an associate, she takes on a mix of civil litigation files, including personal injury, insurance defence, and disputes over estates and contracts. Much of her caseload now involves defending insurance claims, from personal injury matters to accident benefits, and she regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the License Appeal Tribunal.
