About Pete
Pete Volaric is a partner at DiVincenzo Volaric LLP. He graduated from McMaster University in 1985, earning an honours degree in Political Science, then completed his law degree at Dalhousie in 1986 before being called to the bar in 1988. His litigation experience includes trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, appellate arguments before the Ontario Court of Appeal, and work as an umpire in the insurance appraisal process. His civil litigation practice concentrates on property law. That includes acting in fire litigation matters for insurers and policyholders alike, handling coverage disputes and insurance fraud allegations, defending Special Investigation Unit cases, and working on product liability files. He is active with the International Association of Arson Investigators' Board of Directors, the Advocates Society, the Hamilton Lawyer's Club and the Hamilton Law Association, and is a past president of the Hamilton-Medical Legal Society.
