About Rick
Rick Fullerton practises in banking, finance and securities law, with an emphasis on securitization and structured finance, corporate finance and financial institutions matters. He has acted for clients on a range of securitization and structured finance transactions, including for single- and multi-seller conduits, issuers, underwriters and investment banks across asset classes such as covered bonds, residential mortgages, credit cards and automotive receivables. Rick has also worked on numerous public and private offerings of corporate and financial institution debt, equity and capital instruments. He holds an LL.B./M.B.A. from the University of Ottawa, earned summa cum laude, and a B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University.
