About Henry
Henry McCurie is a Partner in the Family Law Group at Robert Coates LLP. He has practised exclusively in family law since being called to the bar in 2002, handling parenting, property, support, domestic contracts and other matters that arise from separation or divorce. He completed his JD at Queen's University, where he took part in Queen's Legal Aid's Clinical Litigation Practice, representing clients before the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and the Social Benefits Tribunal, and served as president of the Human Rights Law Club. He also attended the Bader International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, England, earning a certificate in international public law, and completed a placement with the family law judiciary at the Toronto Court of Justice in Belleville. He belongs to several bar associations, including the Toronto Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the County of Carleton Law Association, and he volunteers with Pro Bono Toronto.
