About Richard

Richard Parsons is a partner at Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP, representing plaintiffs in personal injury and class action matters. He acts regularly for clients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain conditions, and psychological injuries, and has appeared before the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the State Bar of California, and the Washington State Bar Association, which lets him represent Canadian clients with matters in the United States. Richard earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his law degree from the University of British Columbia. He served as president of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia in 2014.
