Patrick J. Sullivan is a Partner at DWF Canada in Vancouver and chairs its Canadian Commercial Litigation group. Called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996, he holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. (Honours) from Carleton University. His practice covers securities and corporate-commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, oppression matters, takeover battles, defamation claims, civil fraud, trust claims, capital markets and regulatory matters, and he leads DWF's securities law group. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada (2021-2026) and Benchmark Litigation. Outside the firm, he is a childhood cancer research advocate, founder of the Finn Foundation and Chairman of Childhood Cancer Canada, and received the Governor General's Sovereign Medal for Volunteers in 2019.
