David Honeyman is an associate at Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP, focusing primarily on class action litigation since joining the firm in 2024. He has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia, in the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, and as intervening counsel at the Supreme Court of Canada, along with experience before the Parole Board of Canada. Before joining the firm, David represented plaintiffs in personal injury claims, Charter damages claims, class actions, and constitutional challenges.
