About Rebecca
Rebecca Coad is a partner at CFM Lawyers who began her career as a corporate defence lawyer at a large national firm before moving to plaintiff-side work. She focuses primarily on class action lawsuits involving consumer rights, including price fixing conspiracies, vehicle defects, and privacy matters. She attended law school at the University of British Columbia, where she worked as a research assistant on feminist issues in tax and criminal law, interned for the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, and clerked at the B.C. Court of Appeal. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015.
