About Ling

Ling Ma is a barrister and solicitor at Jade Sunrise Law, specializing in cross-border commercial and civil litigation, including corporate equity disputes, financial debt recovery, commercial contracts, administrative law challenges, personal injury compensation, and class action lawsuits. She holds an LL.B. from Jilin University (1999) and a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan (2016), and previously worked at MLT Aikins before leading the litigation practice at Benesh & Biz in Saskatoon. Ling is admitted to the Alberta Bar (2025) and the Saskatchewan Bar (2016), and was previously licensed to practice in China (2000). She has worked on cross-border bankruptcy and equity disputes, challenged municipal demolition orders, and handled financial default and family custody cases.
