About Jeremy

Jeremy Ryan Chua is an associate at Masuch Law Group LLP, practising in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, incorporations, and shareholders' agreements. He also works in residential and commercial real estate, assisting with the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties. Before relocating to Canada, Chua served as general counsel for a large transportation conglomerate, leading acquisitions, managing government contracts, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and representing the private sector before Congressional committees. He also has experience with public-private partnerships, having drafted concession agreements for major infrastructure projects including airport expansions, highways, and transit terminals. Chua is active in Calgary's Filipino community.
