About Richard
Richard Butler is an environmental lawyer who litigates contaminated land and other environmental disputes before Ontario's courts and tribunals, and defends environmental charges in mining and conservation authority matters. He began his career as an environmental consultant for Environment Canada and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency before earning his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and being called to the Ontario bar in 2006.
