About Rhys

Rhys Volkenant is a founding partner of Volkenant Law Group with extensive volunteer experience in the charitable sector. He helps clients with charity and corporate matters, including incorporations, charity applications, charity compliance, amalgamations and restructuring, and constating document review. He also assists with policies and contracts covering leases, grant agreements, intermediary agreements, service agreements, and funding agreements. Volkenant was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019, holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Trinity Western University. He volunteers on the Solicitors' Roster of the Access Pro Bono Society of BC. He provides legal services through Rhys Volkenant Law Corporation.
