About Ben

Ben is the founder and principal of Law Works, practising in commercial and franchise dispute resolution as counsel, arbitrator, and mediator. He earned his J.D. (1996) and LL.M. (2015) from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998, later joining the British Columbia and Alberta bars. The Law Society of Ontario certified him as a Specialist in Civil Litigation in 2015, and he's a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
