About Ashley

Ashley Celenza is an associate at Volkenant Law Group with experience supporting charities, non-profits, and businesses, including a role as in-house lawyer for a Vancouver-based technology company. She supports real estate transactions such as property acquisitions and sales, leases, development, and financing, and advises non-profit and charitable organizations on board governance, policy development, charity applications, and charity compliance. Celenza was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018, holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
