About Brayden
Brayden Volkenant is a founding partner of Volkenant Law Group. He helps clients with relationships of employment, contracting, directorship, membership, and tenancy, including contract and policy drafting and review, human rights issues, and dispute resolution. He has experience before administrative tribunals and the courts but prefers to help clients resolve disputes without formal legal proceedings when possible. Volkenant was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019, holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Trinity Western University. He provides legal services through Brayden Volkenant Law Corporation.
