About Jenny
Jenny Ruan practices corporate, commercial, real estate, and wills and estates law, providing clients with tailored, strategic legal solutions. In her corporate practice she advises on incorporations, business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, secured lending, and commercial leasing, and she has represented clients in the purchase, sale, and financing of residential and commercial real estate. She also assists clients with drafting wills, insurance declarations, and trust agreements, and guides executors through probate and estate administration. During law school at UBC she contributed to Pro Bono Students Canada projects at the Canadian Centre for Elder Law and supported Justice for Girls, and she is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
