About Parker

As a partner in McInnes Cooper's Fredericton office, Parker works on real estate transactions, commercial financing, corporate governance, property development, and the sale and purchase of businesses, along with an active franchise law practice advising both franchisors and new franchisees. His background as a project manager in the construction and energy industries, before he became a lawyer, informs his work representing builders, owners, and financial institutions on project financing, construction agreements, and disputes. He is a designated Project Management Professional and a licensed Professional Engineer with APEGNB. Parker earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2020 and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2021, and now teaches business law at UNB's Faculty of Business.
