About Mary
Mary Reilly leads the Law Office of T. Edgar Reilly as managing partner, with a practice centered on family law, estate planning, and estate administration. Called to the bar in April 1990, she joined the firm her father founded in 1946 and later took over her mother Dorothy Jean Reilly's wills and estates practice. Mary has represented clients in family law litigation at every level of court in Ontario and handles out-of-court negotiations such as cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements. In 2000 she was appointed to the Personal Rights Panel with the Office of the Children's Lawyer, where she has worked on child protection and custody disputes. She co-founded the Family Lawyers Association in 1994 and has served the group as co-chair, chair, and treasurer over the years. Mary also assists estate trustees with probate applications and estate administration, and she remains active in East York community organizations.
