About Raphaël
Raphaël Amram's practice covers venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, investment fund formation, and mergers and acquisitions work for clients across industries. He acts for sovereign funds, private equity firms, special committees, boards of directors, and public and private companies on transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, securities offerings, new fund launches and strategic partnerships. His private equity work includes advising sponsors on large, complex transactions such as multi-billion-dollar buyouts, sponsor-led divestitures and take-private deals. On the venture side, Amram regularly counsels high-growth companies and venture funds through financings, partnerships and exit transactions in the technology, fintech and pharmaceutical sectors. Before rejoining Osler, he worked as a partner at an investment firm focused on private equity, venture capital and real estate.
