About Benoît

Benoît Roberge practises mainly in business law, commercial litigation, insolvency, and construction law. Roberge has built close working relationships with many small and medium-sized businesses operating in Quebec, advising and supporting clients on significant business decisions. Over the years, clients have entrusted Roberge with numerous corporate restructuring, reorganization, financing, and business sale matters, calling on skills as a litigator, negotiator, and strategist. Roberge has also served on several community boards, including the Fondation de l'Hôpital régional de Saint-Jérôme and the Fondation du Centre jeunesse des Laurentides. Roberge was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1978.
