About Kim

Kim Johnson is an associate at Crease Harman LLP practising corporate and commercial law for roughly 300 corporate clients and their shareholders and directors. Previously a partner at a major regional firm, he has handled real estate development, First Nations land projects, capital raising, corporate reorganizations, and succession planning across Canada, and represents clients in tax disputes with the CRA, including appearances before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court Trial Division, and the Federal Court of Appeal. He was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1982 before being called in British Columbia in 1984.
