Randy Slepchik is the firm's long-term disability benefits specialist, representing workers whose insurers or employers have denied disability benefits and helping disabled workers return to work with proper accommodations. He regularly appears before the Social Security Tribunal to assist clients obtaining Canada Pension Plan disability pensions, and also sues insurers over improperly denied loss-of-use and critical illness benefits. Alongside this insurance litigation practice, he represents unions in grievance and interest arbitrations involving termination, disability discrimination, and denial of benefits, and assists employees facing wrongful termination, discrimination, or harassment.
