About Dina

Dina Mashayekhi articled at the Superior Court of Justice and practised with another union-side labour and employment firm before joining Jewitt McLuckie & Associates in 2007. She obtained her LL.B. cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 2005, and during law school was a research assistant at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Centre and spent a summer at the Electronic Privacy Information Center in Washington, D.C. Her practice represents municipal public sector workers and other unionized employees, including paramedics facing deactivation and Ministry investigations, and covers employment contract review, wrongful dismissal, and human rights complaints. She has appeared before various arbitration boards, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Superior Court.
