About Cole

Cole Boucher was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2021 after completing his law degree at Lakehead University in 2020 and articling with Jewitt McLuckie & Associates. He first joined the firm's support staff in 2014, before his studies. He exclusively represents unions and employees in employment and labour disputes, including wrongful termination, workplace mistreatment, and harassment or discrimination claims, and negotiates and reviews collective agreements and employment contracts. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
