About Rajesh
Rajesh Mohan is a third-generation lawyer called to the bar in Queensland, Australia, as well as in Ontario and British Columbia. He earned his LL.B. with honours studying at the University of London and the University of Cambridge. He spent his first five years in criminal defence before moving into civil litigation, serving as in-house counsel for two publicly traded companies. He has since returned to his original focus, practising criminal defence at What The Law.
