About Kanwar

Kanwar Gujral practises criminal law and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022, earning several academic honours including the Honourable F.H. Barlow Scholarship. He completed an undergraduate degree in business management at Western University before beginning his legal career articling at a commercial litigation firm in Toronto. During that time his interest shifted toward criminal law and its direct impact on people facing serious circumstances. Kanwar has represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, handling matters ranging from simple assault to first-degree murder charges.
