About Nicole

Nicole Beausoleil is an associate at Torys practicing corporate and securities law, with focus on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. During her articling term she completed a nine-week secondment at the Bank of Montreal. She has volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools program, which uses legal education to help high school students succeed and become engaged citizens. While in law school, she worked as a research assistant for UDocs FILM, helping prepare materials for documentaries on business ethics and corporate fraud prevention, and she also served as an equity peer mentor.
