About Rumsha
Rumsha Siddiqui is an associate lawyer at What The Law who has represented clients through various stages of the criminal process in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Her caseload has included domestic and other assault charges, fraud, sexual offences, driving offences, and firearms, weapons, and drug possession matters. She has a particular interest in defending young people charged under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Rumsha earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she worked at a community legal clinic on poverty law and equity initiatives, and she completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at York University before law school.
