About Rahool

Rahool Agarwal maintains a commercial and civil litigation practice with experience in class actions, contractual disputes, franchise litigation, shareholder disputes, contested corporate transactions, director and officer liability matters, commercial arbitrations, and complex fraud cases. He has worked on constitutional and public law matters of significant public interest and devotes a meaningful part of his practice to litigation involving Indigenous peoples. Rahool has a track record in trial and appellate courts across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Quebec, and has appeared as counsel in six cases before the Supreme Court of Canada. He regularly appears on the Toronto Commercial List and is active with the South Asian Bar Association and The Advocates' Society. He was called to the Manitoba bar in 2024 and to the Ontario bar in 2007, having earned his JD from the University of Toronto and a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta.
