About Rachel
Rachel Poznikoff joined de Villars Jones in 2025 as an articling student and is now the firm's newest associate lawyer. She grew up in Nelson, BC, began her education at Selkirk College, and completed a Bachelor's degree in psychology at Simon Fraser University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. Articling at de Villars Jones gave her focused experience across all areas of estate law, and she plans to practise in estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.
