About Hannibal
Hannibal El-Mohtar is Counsel with EY Law LLP's Global Trade team, based in Ottawa, advising clients on international trade and investment matters including advocacy before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and National Security Reviews under the Investment Canada Act. He has practiced at national law firms in Toronto, Beijing and Ottawa and is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, having served as a Captain in the Army. He was called to the Bar in the Province of Ontario and to the Bar of the State of New York.
